Ah... Merlin and Cinder. They are turning 10 this May. Where has time gone?! I have been a very bad cat mom - I haven't updated their pictures in YEARS. Well, that is, until the last few weeks.
Merlin (White with gray face and blue eyes) is a bluepoint mitted ragdoll - and Cinder (Blue Mink bicolor ragdoll) are full brothers from the same litter, and have been with me from the very beginning of moving to Northern America. (Time really does fly; doesn't it?)
Cinder is notoriously hard to photograph. He has a 'resting bitchface' - he tends to pull his ears backwards at the slightest noise - or right before I press the shutter, haha.
Here's an example, both pictures taken a second apart - please note these are straight out of camera with no editing done, yet. I have too many of these, haha.
Taking pictures of cats is always a bit trickier than dogs or horses - you have to make them think whatever you need them to do, is their idea! Easier said than done. I generally just follow cats around like a pa(w)parazzi - and have to concentrate and be ready for the shot whenever it presents itself!
Anywho - enjoy these images and until next time!
